Terms and Conditions
At Wood You Like we believe the customer comes first and that is why we will endeavour to make visiting and shopping with us as pleasurable and as easy as possible. If however you have any problems please feel free to contact us. We'd love to hear from you and we'll be more than happy to help.
Prices and Postage
Prices are current for the period January to December 2004. All prices quoted are in Euro. Wood You Like reserves the right to change prices without notice. Items stocked are subject to availability. Postage is extra. Postage is charged at the current Postal Rate.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards. Your credit card is charged in Euro. Your credit card company will convert the amount from Euro to the currency in which you are billed. If you are in Eire you can send a cheque in Euro, made payable to Wood You Like.
Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Wood You Like uses the national postal service for deliveries. Items in stock are normally posted within 3 days of order. Personal names which are not in stock are posted within 14 days of order.
Returns and Cancellation
We endeavour to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. Wood You Like will exchange or credit any item that our customers are not happy with. All we ask is that you email, fax or phone us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will need an outline of your problem. We ask that any item returned be sent back in its original wrappings. Return postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can cancel any item from your order, provided that we have not yet begun to process it. Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order, or any part of an order. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you can return the good(s) to us once you have received them. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Wood You Like does not send unsolicited mail or email or engage in any unsolicited commercial communications. We do not share your information with any third parties unless legally required to do so or if it is reasonably necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of Wood You Like. Please note that the information submitted on the online order form will not be encrypted. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Wood You Like cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
